At Festylo, your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Every product is created and packed with care to help you celebrate life’s special moments. While we strive to ensure a flawless experience, we understand that issues may sometimes arise. This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle such situations fairly and transparently.

1. No General Returns

We do not accept returns once a product is delivered. Since our kits are made for personal celebrations, we encourage you to review your cart and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please share a clear unboxing video showing:

  • The parcel being opened from its original packaging,
  • The product and the damage/defect clearly visible,
  • All items inside the package.

 This needs to be sent to us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period cannot be considered.

3. What Happens if Your Claim is Approved

If our team approves your claim:

  • You may be asked to return the item using a reliable courier with tracking.
  • Once we receive and check the product, we will either replace it (if available) or issue a refund.

4. Refunds and Replacements

Depending on the case, we will offer one of the following:

  • A full or partial refund (if the product is damaged/defective),
  • A replacement of the same product (if available),
  • A refund for missing items (if they cannot be shipped later).

5. Non-Returnable Products

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items marked as non-returnable in their product description.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

  • If you paid through online mode (UPI, net banking, card, wallet, etc.), the refund will go back to the same payment method.
  • If you paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be made to your bank account, UPI ID, or digital wallet (details will be collected from you).

We aim to process refunds within 7 working days after approval. The actual credit may take a little longer depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Reporting Window

All issues (damage, defect, or missing items) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we will not be able to help with claims raised later.
